Great Place to stay
We had a great time staying at your condo. It was clean and the owners were great to work with. It is close to all of the activities in West Yellowstone and all of the snowmobile trails are right their too. Thanks
We would recommend this place again. Although we found food left in the oven ,not sure how long it had been there as it wasn't good. No light bulbs for the lights in the family room . Other then that it was a good place to stay. We enjoyed our stay at West Yellowstone. I would stay here again
Hi DeAnn, Thank you for your 4 star review! We do apologize for the light bulbs. Had you given us a call, we could have taken care of that immediately. And we will speak to our cleaning staff about being sure to check the ovens. There is no excuse for that, but we are so happy that you enjoyed your stay overall and would stay here again. We look forward to having you with us the next time you're in the area!
Condo is pretty much as it appears: casual, unadorned & a bit dated. WiFi was wonky & owner + property manager were responsive to getting it fixed. Only real unpleasant thing was downstairs shower....yuck. Otherwise - very decent spot to stay while jumping in/out of Yellowstone.
shower has been redone
The property was good although the internet was not working the first day and a half. Otherwise, fine.
Hi Mindy, Thank you for your 5 star review. We apologize for the internet issues. All of West Yellowstone is in the process of getting a high speed internet upgrade, so this should fix things in the future.
The check in instructions are incorrect. You don’t need the key only the code. WiFi doesn’t work in the basement lol. Had some trouble with the WiFi while there. Nice property and easy access to Yellowstone.
Hi Kathy, Thank you for the 5 star review! We apologize for the confusion regarding the check in instructions, and thank you for bringing our attention to it. We recently installed a coded lock system and now the check in instructions reflect the new entry system. As for the wifi, all of West Yellowstone is in the process of getting a high speed internet upgrade, so this should solve the wifi issues. We're glad you enjoyed the property overall and your stay with us. We hope to have you with again soon!
The property was very clean, great decor, well stocked, mattresses were comfortable and close to both center of West Yellowstone. If you are looking for a place outside park this would be a great choice. We loved the decor of the furniture, the pictures and how spacious it was. I would recommend staying here
Everything was great! It was easy to find, we never had any issues getting into the place, and it was the perfect size for the family. Only thing I noticed was the downstairs, under the beds there was a little garbage. But other than that, everything was very clean and tidy. Would stay here again! Thank you!
Overall, the location was good, on the edge of town and by a mildly busy street. But the town is small so it’s not a big problem. It was just a couple minutes from the West Gate of Yellowstone. The place had lots of rooms and was clean. Check in and check out were a bit unclear - we were given minimal information on check in and nothing about check out. The listing also said there was a deadbolt, but there wasn’t one on the exterior door. It ended up being fine for our days in Yellowstone and worked for what we needed.
West Yellowstone is a GREAT little town. This town home is in a prime location for 4th of July and very easy to access Yellowstone. The property is an easy to access and has plenty of parking . It’s a split level home with entry on the main level being a tiny kitchen (when we went had all the essentials we needed to cook with spices provided, the fridge was empty pots pans and measuring items were available and dishes / utensils for 6) including a dinette with seating for 6. There was a BBQ and table with chairs outside (we didn’t use) the living room had 2 couches a fire place (we didn’t use) and a TV with car. Down stairs was a converted basement (with window to a skylight) with 2 beds and a bathroom (washer and dryer were also down here in a closet). The down stairs bathroom leaked whiled we were there, so we called Bill and someone came in and repaired it while we were at the park. Up stairs there were 2 rooms and a bathroom each room had a queen bed and one room had a OLD TV with some basic channels. There were extra blankets and pillows in the closet. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Neither of the upstairs rooms had a lock on the doors. There were about 8 towels and 6 washcloths all white motel quality. There was motel quality toilet paper and one roll of paper towels for our one week rental. When we were there dishwashing soap, laundry soap, and body wash were already in the home. There was also some type of playpen in the kitchen pantry. I am very picky and always have suggestions for improvements anywhere I go. If I were to improve this rental I would put locks in each bedroom door, in addition I would supply some books and games for guests and improve the quality of towels. I would suggest Putting in a TV upstairs that wasn’t all fuzzy or taking the TV out.
Perfect place for four adults. One bedroom downstairs with bathroom and one bedroom upstairs with bathroom. 5 minutes from the western side of Yellowstone. Many places to eat within walking distance. Neighborhood doesn’t look the greatest but this place is at the end of all the business and across from a heavily treed area. I would stay here again just for the ease of everything.
This condo was perfect for our family. Myself, my husband, two kids (one teen, one 11 yo), and grandma had plenty of room. We used this as our base camp and drove into Yellowstone each day. Yes, it was a lot of driving, but it was worth it to come home to a real house instead of a hotel room. We cooked breakfast each day, packed a picnic lunch and snacks to take with us, and that saved on food and allowed us to drive around all day without needing to target restaurants during meal-times. The property is just a few blocks from restaurants, so in good weather you could even walk to local eateries.
